In keeping with our efforts to support the green initiative, your digital ticket will be sent one week prior to event day to the email address you registered with. Please be ready to scan it from your mobile device on-site the day of the event on November 28, 2023.

Yes, simultaneous translation will be available in both English and French.

To qualify for CE credits for the in-person event, you are required to sign in by scanning your digital ticket at our onsite kiosks and sign out when you leave. Digital tickets will be sent one week ahead of the event.

Fidelity will apply for CE credits immediately following the event, and once we have received approval from the applicable regulatory bodies, CE certificates will be emailed directly to eligible attendees.*

Continuing education regulations in Québec and Saskatchewan require that sessions which are submitted for accreditation must be at least one hour in length. Accordingly, Fidelity will apply for credits for certain sessions together (e.g., two consecutive portfolio manager presentations). In these cases, advisors from Québec or Saskatchewan must attend both sessions to receive the credit.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be offered in the meeting room at the Québec City Convention Centre.

The Québec City Convention Centre is located at 1000 boulevard René-Lévesque Est, Québec, QC, G1R 5T8. Our event will be held in Convention Hall 200C.

No, National Instrument 81-105, Mutual Fund Sales Practices, does not permit Fidelity Investments to pay for or provide transportation for attendees to and from an event. (This includes the payment of a car rental fee, parking expenses or any gas or mileage in relation to a car used by an attendee during the conference.) If applicable, you will need to make and pay for your own arrangements for airport transfer via your preference (taxi, car rental, airport shuttle, etc.).

A pedestrian tunnel links the Québec City Convention Centre to four indoor parking lots, and meter parking is available on the streets around the Centre and in various areas throughout the city.

You will need to make and pay for your own accommodations. National Instrument 81-105, Mutual Fund Sales Practices, does not permit Fidelity Investments to pay for or provide accommodations for event attendees.

  • Any on-site signage Fidelity uses is 100% recyclable
  • We encourage you to bring your own re-usable water bottle to refill at our water stations
  • Where possible we use biodegradable packaging for any applicable items
