If you are staying with us at The Phoenician Resort (6000 East Camelback Road, Scottsdale, AZ, 85251), Fidelity Investments is pleased to offer a conference room rate of US$375 per night (plus applicable taxes) from check-in Wednesday to checkout Saturday. You are responsible for making and paying for your room reservations with the hotel. Please refer to the instructions you receive in your confirmation email and take special note of the hotel deadline.

Note that the room block is for a Run of House room only; any persons requiring a double-bedded room are subject to hotel availability and pricing.

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building is located at 255 Front Street West, Toronto Ontario, M5V 2W6. Our event will be held in the Constitution Hall, Rooms 105-106, on the lower level.

In order to qualify for CE credits, you are required to register your attendance for each educational session by scanning your name badge prior to each presentation. Fidelity will apply for credits separately for each session at the conference. Therefore, if you miss any sessions, you will not receive credits for those sessions. Once we have received approval from each governing body, your CE credits will be emailed directly to you.

Continuing education regulations in Quebec and Saskatchewan require that sessions which are submitted for accreditation must be at least one hour in length. Accordingly, Fidelity will apply for credits for certain sessions together (e.g., two consecutive portfolio manager presentations). In these cases, advisors from Quebec or Saskatchewan must attend both sessions in order to receive the credit.

Fidelity ensures that all allergies and dietary restrictions or special needs are taken seriously, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. If applicable, please ensure you list your restrictions for yourself or your registered guest when filling out the registration page.
