In keeping with our efforts to support the green initiative, once registered you will receive a confirmation email containing your digital ticket to the email address you registered with. Please be sure to have it available to scan from your mobile device onsite.

Our event will be live streamed via BlueJeans. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered with, and it will contain a “join link” unique to you. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, please download the BlueJeans app onto your device to view the event. Please click that link on the day of the event to join. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

This event supports closed captioning in French and Chinese. To access closed captioning, click the settings icon at the bottom right of your screen and switch closed captioning on, and then select your language. Translation will not be available for the in-person event.

Fidelity will apply for CE credits immediately following the event. Any applicable CE credits will be assigned retroactively and will be emailed to you in approximately six to eight weeks. Fidelity will submit event content to the following regulatory bodies for review:

To qualify for CE credits for the in-person event, you are required to sign in and out by scanning the digital ticket you received in your confirmation email at our kiosks onsite. Once we have received approval from each governing body, your CE credits will be e-mailed directly to you.

In order to qualify for CE credits for the virtual event, advisors are required to register and remain logged in for at least one full segment, without break, or until the event is over. Fidelity will apply for CE credits immediately following the event, and once we have received approval from the applicable regulatory bodies, CE certificates will be emailed directly to eligible attendees.

Yes, Fidelity is happy to support the green initiative effort by going paperless. Most presentations will be available for download by QR code during the event. Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code shown on the screen. Links will also be sent out via email before and after the event. If you have issues accessing the presentations, please contact your Fidelity Sales team. Select presentations will be available in both English and French.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be offered in the meeting room at the Parq Vancouver.

No, National Instrument 81-105, Mutual Fund Sales Practices, does not permit Fidelity Investments to pay for or provide transportation for attendees to and from an event. (This includes the payment of a car rental fee, parking expenses and any gas or mileage in relation to a car used by an attendee during the conference.) If applicable, you will need to make and pay for your own arrangements for airport transfer via your preference (taxi, car rental, airport shuttle, etc.).

Convenient self-parking amenities are available on-property 24 hours a day at Parq Vancouver for casino, hotel and restaurant guests. Parq Vancouver parking is conveniently located within walking distance to BC Place, Rogers Arena, Plaza of Nations, Concord Pacific Place and The False Creek Seawall. Pay parking is in effect at all times and operates on a pay-by-plate environment. Please be sure to remember your licence plate to register your vehicle and pay for parking.

When you're done, to the right of the address bar, click Cast to stop casting.

Connect your mobile device or tablet to the same Wi-Fi network as your AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.
From your device, open the browser with the Fidelity FOCUS2022 broadcast.
In the video playback controls, click .
Select your smart TV.
To stop streaming video, click in the video playback controls, then choose Turn Off AirPlay.
