No, this event is for advisors who have registered and received a confirmation e-mail from Fidelity.

In keeping with our efforts to support the green initiative, your digital ticket will be sent one week prior to event day to the email address you registered with. Please be ready to scan it from your mobile device on-site the day of the event on January 31, 2023.

To qualify for CE credits, you are required to sign in and out by scanning the digital ticket you received in your confirmation email for each segment at our kiosks onsite.

Fidelity will apply for CE credits immediately following the event, and once we have received approval from the applicable regulatory bodies, CE certificates will be emailed directly to eligible attendees. Any applicable CE credits will be assigned retroactively and will be emailed to you in approximately six to eight weeks. We will submit event content to the following regulatory bodies for review:

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be offered in the meeting room at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building is located at 255 Front Street West, Toronto Ontario, M5V 2W6. Our event will be held in the Constitution Hall, Rooms 105-106, on the lower level.

No, National Instrument 81-105, Mutual Fund Sales Practices, does not permit Fidelity Investments to pay for or provide transportation for attendees to and from an event. (This includes the payment of a car rental fee, parking expenses and any gas or mileage in relation to a car used by an attendee during the conference.) If applicable, you will need to make and pay for your own arrangements for airport transfer via your preference (taxi, car rental, airport shuttle, etc.).

Metro Toronto Convention Centre is close to Union Subway station, the GO Bus Terminal station and the UP Train station. There is pay parking at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre at a daily rate of $27 CAD.

You will need to make and pay for your own accommodations. National Instrument 81-105, Mutual Fund Sales Practices, does not permit Fidelity Investments to pay for or provide accommodations for event attendees.

Our event will be live streamed via BlueJeans. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered with, and it will contain a “join link” unique to you. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, please download the BlueJeans app onto your device to view the event.

This event supports closed captioning in French and Chinese. To access closed captioning, click the settings icon at the bottom right of your screen and switch closed captioning on, and then select your language. Simultaneous translation will not be available for the in-person event.

2. Open Chrome on your computer.
3. At the top right of the active browser tab showing the event, click More (three dots) > Cast...
4. Choose the Chromecast device where you want to watch the content. If you’re already using Chromecast, your content will replace what’s on your TV.
5. When you’re done, to the right of the address bar, click Cast to stop casting.
