All education sessions will take place at The Breakers (One South County Road, Palm Beach, Florida, 33480) in the Ponce de Leon Ballroom.
Our event officially runs from registration at 7:15 a.m. ET on Thursday, October 12, to the closing reception at 9:30 p.m. ET on Friday, October 13 (sessions end at 2:00 p.m. on Friday). Please refer to the agenda for specific timing.

If you are staying with us at The Breakers (One South County Road, Palm Beach), Fidelity Investments is pleased to offer a conference room rate of US$425 plus tax for a Deluxe Guest – Run of House room for check-in Wednesday to checkout Saturday. You are responsible for making and paying for your room reservations with the hotel. Please refer to the instructions you receive in your confirmation email and take special note of the hotel deadline.
Note that the room block is for a Deluxe Guest – Run of House room only; any persons requiring a double-bedded room are subject to hotel availability and pricing.

Yes, Fidelity Investments is happy to support the green initiative effort by going paperless. To qualify for CE credits for the in-person event, you are required to register your attendance for each educational segment of the event by scanning your name badge prior to each presentation. Fidelity will apply for credits separately for each segment of the conference. Therefore, if you miss any sessions within a segment, you will not receive credits for that segment.
Fidelity will apply for CE credits immediately following the event, and once we have received approval from the applicable regulatory bodies, CE certificates will be emailed directly to eligible attendees. Any applicable CE credits will be assigned retroactively and will be emailed to you in approximately six to eight weeks. We will submit event content to the following regulatory bodies for review:
*Continuing education regulations in Quebec and Saskatchewan require that sessions which are submitted for accreditation must be at least one hour in length. Accordingly, Fidelity will apply for credits for certain sessions together (e.g., two consecutive portfolio manager presentations). In these cases, advisors from Quebec or Saskatchewan must attend both sessions to receive the credit.
